Each universe is conceived and evolved, fulfilled and dissolved, by the desire and will of a unique universal being. A universal being is like a singer, and its universe is its heartfelt song... A universal being is an instance of the self that objectively creates a universe through light and subjectively appreciates a universe through love. A universal being exhales reality through universal mind and inhales reality through universal heart. And it resolves all creation and appreciation within the perfect silent stillness of the one true self... A simple prescription is offered here to any one who has lived apart, but now elects to return to the fullness of all that is: Breathe out and breathe in as a constituent of universal life. Exhale with the universal mind and inhale with the universal heart. Create your life within the universal creation, and appreciate your life within the universal appreciation. Between and through all breath, be the true self at rest. Be the universal self, the ominversal self, the essence of all that is: pure consciousness.
