Orgasm releases the consciousness of form. In the orgasmic state,
a separated being regains for a moment all of consciousness itself.
Separation requires that the consciousness of form dissolve for pure
consciousness to be restored: and the naturally occurring instances
of this are orgasm, deep sleep and death.
Unity does not require that consciousness of form dissolve for pure
consciousness to be known and felt. Unity allows pure consciousness
to be realized within the consciousness of form, because the truth
of all form lies in consciousness beyond form...
Orgasm is unlike sleep or death in a significant way. Whereas in sleep
and death a separate being dissolves alone, orgasm may dissolve separate
beings in one another's presence, so they dissolve together in pure
consciousness. This brings a mutual witnessing to the return to the
source of form: making the lovers conspirators in attaining the deathless
life beyond all form. The separated one silently reminds her lover:
I saw you dissolve in being itself, and realize
you prize this
beyond all else. To give this to you is a blessing for me.
Oh, you return it now... blessed art thee!
