In the course of celestial dynamics, changes come in the level and quality of light that reaches any given sphere. All planets receive light from their own suns, but also from other suns. Of particular significance is variation in the light available from the master suns at the centre of galaxies and larger levels of universal organization. In the course of celestial dynamics, any given sphere will receive more or less light from its higher or greater suns over relatively long periods of time and space. When a planet such as Earth at its present time transits into a phase of increased light, all individuals living on that planet are given the opportunity to restore their innate capacity to receive and process the vast quantities of information encoded in light from their local sun, their galactic centre and the universal centre. In these circumstances, individuals in darkness are enabled to re-establish themselves as fully functioning and fully feeling citizens of the universe: consciously participating in universal life. It is the increased level and quality of light that makes this profound change possible. A renewal of light allows created ones to restore their own capacity to receive, feel, respond to and create with light.
