A darkened creature who has changed course for unity will be very sensitive to the external presence of light. Thus are seekers drawn to avatars. The darkened creature desiring illumination needs the light from without to find the light within. The nature of light must first be encountered as other to the self before it can be discerned and discovered within the self... Before unity is established... the aspirant must feed on light. This is because the creatures of a darkened world are starved for light, and their hearts are malnourished, and their bodies do not function as fully as Creation conceived. They must feed on light to restore their forms to the illuminated state, just as a withered plant must draw on water to become well-watered and wholesome... The light that grows on a world in its celestial dawn is full of energy and information... At this time aspirants, like all other persons on the planet, gain access to much more energy and information than they previously received. Each aspirant is able to direct these additional resources to a substantially accelerated and expanded evolution of awareness. The sense of enlightenment as a distant and barely attainable goal begins to dissolve; and confidence in the ability to attain God increases continuously.
